Refund Policy

AutoNoise offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.

What this covers

• Credit packs — refundable within 30 days of purchase.
• Subscriptions — the most recent payment is refundable within 30 days of the charge. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout, or email us at support@autonoise.app and we will arrange it for you. Include your order or receipt reference if you have it.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes them within a few business days; your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to show the credit.

After a refund

When a purchase is refunded, the related credits are removed from your balance and any associated subscription benefits end. Statutory consumer rights in your country apply in addition to this policy.
